Overview

I am currently a second year Ph.D student in Computational Linguistics at the Language Techonolgy Laboratory, University of Cambridge. I am currently working on the LION Project which focuses on Literature-based Discovery for Cancer biology. I have done work on using neural networks and multi-task learning for Biomedical and general domain Named Entity Recognition. I am currently working on Link Prediction methods.
Full CV can be found here.

I currently collaborate closely with Dr. Sampo Pyysalo, Dr. Yufan Guo and Billy Chiu.

Dr. Anna Korhonen is my main Supervisor and Dr. Nigel H. Collier is my Co-Supervisor.
