Overview

I am currently a third year Ph.D student in Computational Linguistics at the Language Technology Laboratory, University of Cambridge. I work on the LION Project which focuses on Literature-based Discovery for Cancer biology. I have done work on using neural networks and multi-task learning for Biomedical and general domain Named Entity Recognition. My current area of work is Link Prediction methods.


I collaborate closely with Dr. Sampo Pyysalo, Dr. Yufan Guo and Billy Chiu.

Prof. Anna Korhonen is my main Supervisor and Dr. Nigel H. Collier is my Co-Supervisor.

Software Engineer: Analyzed existing software systems, diagnosed major issues and was a driving force in designing and implementing the new software eco-system.
